Healthy Creamsicle Smoothie to Boost Up Your Vitamin C

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2cup freshly pressed orangeabout 1 orange
  • 1/2tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4cup plain greek yogourt
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4tbsp ginger powder
  • 1/4tsp turmeric
  • +/- 5 ice cubes
  1. Simply place all of your ingredients into a blender and blend.
  2. If the mix is too solid, try sticking a spoon into your blender to mix it up (while your blender is off!). If it’s still too solid, gradually mix in a bit of milk (anything you have on hand is good – I usually use cashew or oat milk) until it reaches your desired smoothie like consistency.
  3. If you don’t have a frozen banana on hand, simply add more ice cubes to give it that cold smoothie consistency.
